Mike's Canasta del Pan is a local monument of quality, inventivity and persistence. They started their enterprise in 1982. Michael, the baker, his wife Marianne and his son Florian manage to run 2 bakeries in Fuerteventura's capital. Original German recipes and BIO-ingredients result in many types of fine breads, pastries and cakes. Their cheese or fruit cakes and brown and Spelt bread are only some of their popular creations.
