The roots of 1STone goes back to a child (me) of 4 years running into a rock crystal during the annual family holiday. Unable to get him out of his natural bedrock he has to leave him. It will mark the child's future.
Travelling around the world for my job, I have been able to meet people offering Gemstones and Crystals. Some in Brazil or South-Africa or others like Opal diggers or Export merchants anywhere. I met with people with the same passion for Gemstones in all its facets. Friends became business partners and we all met in a special way.
This is what gives us now the possibility to work with superior quality of materials, supplied by friends.
People came to ask me about Gemstones and their magic as they have heard about it from their friends. In this way 1STone was born. This was the point where I wanted to give something back to my Crystal Quartz. It has been a very personal experience that opened to me a world of Gemstones and Crystal Quartzes.
Our philosophy is that Quality is a matter of Design and that Jewellery is something very personal, especially if they are made from those natural quality materials as we use them. Our decision became obvious and unavoidable: to only create exclusive designs in pendants, bracelets, collars and more. Some became very popular and were "copied".
All pieces are unique and are handmade by us. Even if there are items of one type of design, each piece will have its personality and own character. The number of pieces from each design are limited. This is the core of our philosophy: "Quality is a matter of Design" - it is just 1Stone.
